1. Who we are
JauntFlow (“we”, “our”) is an AI-powered travel planning and trip-journaling service operated by Traceflow (ABN 50 828 306 174), based in Australia. By creating an account or using the site, you (“you”, “the user”) agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What JauntFlow does
JauntFlow helps you plan trips, collaborate with travel companions, upload photos, and auto-generate daily travel blogs. Itineraries, transport notes, and blog posts are produced by third-party large language models routed through our proxy. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information — always verify practical details (opening hours, prices, transport times, safety advice) from authoritative sources before relying on them.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent if you are younger. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions and payment
JauntFlow is free for up to 3 trips. The Pro subscription is AUD $7/month, billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Prices and feature limits may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
To cancel your Pro subscription, email [email protected] or use the in-app billing panel (rolling out shortly). Pro benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload — photos, notes, blog text, trip data. You grant JauntFlow a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. serving your photos back to you, showing shared trips to invited members, producing AI-generated blog summaries that reference your inputs).
When you make a trip public via the “Share publicly” toggle, that trip and its photos become viewable by anyone with the link. You can unshare at any time.
You warrant that you have the rights to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights, including image copyrights and the privacy of people photographed.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use JauntFlow to:
- upload unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing content;
- attempt to access other users' private trips or accounts;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside our published disclosure process;
- overload the AI endpoints with automated requests;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- resell or white-label the service without written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
7. Affiliate links
Public trip pages may display affiliate links to accommodation, activity, and tour booking sites (e.g. Booking.com, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor) routed through partners such as Awin. JauntFlow may earn a small commission on bookings made through those links at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on the pages where they appear.
8. Service availability
JauntFlow is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Public trip pages and AI-generated content are not backed up on your behalf — export anything you want to keep permanently.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JauntFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including missed flights, incorrect AI travel suggestions, affiliate-partner booking failures, or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in that period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (in-app deletion rolling out shortly; until then email [email protected]). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or present legal or security risk. On termination, your content is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales unless applicable consumer law gives you access to an alternative forum.
