How do I invite my family or friends to a trip?

Open your trip and tap EditMembersInvite someone. You'll get a share link (valid 7 days). Anyone who opens it creates their own account and joins as a member. Organizers can later promote them to admin from the same panel.

How does the AI itinerary generation work?

When you create a trip, JauntFlow combines your persona (interests, pace, dietary needs, budget, AI tone), your cities and dates, and a shared city-knowledge cache to build a day-by-day itinerary. You can regenerate individual days, replace individual stops, or add your own stops — anything you add is preserved across regenerations.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime with no questions asked. In-app cancellation is rolling out shortly; until then, email [email protected] and we'll process it the same business day. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

All your trips, photos, blogs, notes, and personas are permanently erased from our database and from Cloudflare R2 storage. Anything you explicitly shared publicly is also unpublished. There is no retention window — deletion is immediate and irreversible. If any of your content was re-used by trip members (e.g. a photo attached to a group day), their copies remain.

Why didn't my photo upload?

Photos must be JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC format (SVG and other formats are blocked for security). The maximum upload size is 10 MB per photo — JauntFlow automatically resizes everything to ~150 KB after upload, so the original on your phone stays intact. If uploads keep failing, check your connection and make sure you have trip admin or member permissions on that trip.

How are prices shown in my currency?

Each user sets a home currency in their persona (default AUD). Costs in your itinerary are shown in both the local currency and your home currency, so every traveller on a shared trip sees prices in the currency that makes sense to them. Exchange rates are approximate snapshots — for large purchases, always double-check a live rate before paying.

Is my data shared with third parties?

We process your data through Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), and our own AI provider (LiteLLM → OpenAI/Anthropic models) to generate itineraries. Affiliate clicks on public trip pages pass through Awin, Booking.com, or GetYourGuide tracking URLs (we earn a small commission on bookings). We do not sell your data.
