A Day of Flavors and Fun in Seoul!

Today was a delightful whirlwind through the vibrant heart of Seoul! Our first stop was the Starfield Library in the COEX Mall, where towering bookshelves and cozy reading nooks made us feel like we had stepped into a book lover's paradise. Little did we know that the only thing that could rival the beauty of the library was our next destination: a sizzling Korean barbecue joint! As we grilled our own meat right at the table, Dad declared, "If I don't get to cook my own dinner, am I even on vacation?" We all laughed as he tried his hand at becoming the grill master.

After feasting, we dove into the Seoul Kimchi and Culture Experience. What a treat! We learned to make kimchi and even got to taste various types. Mom’s eyes lit up as she exclaimed, "This is the best science class I’ve ever attended!" We left with our own jars of kimchi, ready to impress everyone back home.

Next up, we headed to Card Kingdom in Sinchon, where the kids were in their element, surrounded by trading cards and board games. They even joined a quick game, while we enjoyed watching their excitement.

Finally, we ended the day at Jeju Goguk, savoring authentic Jeju cuisine. The seafood dishes were so fresh that they practically swam onto our plates! As the sun set behind the city skyline, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for another unforgettable day in Seoul.
